The combination of Mass Death Grip and Explosive trap is, in my opinion, genius.

We are experimenting with a similar method, involving multiple DK's to be able to clear out the entire vendor spot in one go.

We are also experimenting with various ways we can take advantage of the interaction of these two abilities in RBG situations.
