Some of you might experience a slight difference between the left & right speakers and may need to even the balance by reducing the sound on the left speaker. The difference isn't that great, but if you're really picky and care enough to bother doing something about it, that's the solution. If you have any other headsets you could also try using those instead, it seems like it varies from headset to headset.
